Stranger in a not-so-strange land
Got the server and database moved over to a more stable, less noisy machine. Hopefully things are working now – let me know if you find any issues.
I’ll put up some pictures as soon as I get that software moved over (and working) on the new server. It shouldn’t take long, but the laws of procrastination and a lack of time mean it might be a day or two.
My server is not healthy and needs upgrading so this site might be up and down for the next little while.
For now, I’ve been playing around with the gallery code – click the gallery tab. It should show the latest updated pictures. Is this more useful than my writing a post linking to the latest gallery? It’s certainly easier for me 
I know at least one of the two regular checkers of this blog is getting impatient for pictures… so without further ado, wait no longer!

Just a quick post to say I didn’t forget Layla’s birthday. It’s been a bit of a busy time here, but we celebrated it – a couple times actually. She got a shiny new bike and everything!
